The Panchayat aims for comprehensive development by giving priority to agriculture, health, education, social justice and infrastructure development.

• Achieve food self-sufficiency by increasing paddy cultivation and vegetable production.
• Expand agriculture by developing irrigation facilities.
• Improve health services by renovating family health centers and Ayurveda-Homeo dispensaries.
• Conduct awareness programs for epidemic control.
• Ensure sanitation, drinking water, education and employment opportunities for Scheduled Castes.
• Provide land and houses to the landless and homeless.
• Increase production and marketing facilities in the animal husbandry sector.
• Digitalize panchayat offices and constituent institutions.
• Provide financial assistance to self-employment enterprises and local products.
• Provide new buildings for Anganwadis and ensure safety and financial self-sufficiency for women.
• Provide drinking water to all through Jaljeevan Mission.
• Strengthen waste management, environmental protection and green activities.

• Improve the infrastructure of schools, roads, drainage and street lighting.

  The aim of these projects is the comprehensive socio-economic development of the panchayat and improvement of the quality of life of the people.
